We have 200 Samsonite style event chairs available for off site hire.

Technical 

Chairs have matt black back/seats with black gloss frames,

Foldable for transport,

Fitted with rubber feet to reduce movement and lower risk of damaging floors,

Each chair weights approx 3.5kg (50 = 175kg) (100 = 350kg) (150 = 525kg) (200 = 700kg)

Alternative payment

If you're a small registered charity requiring chairs as a part of a fund raising activity "Keep the dream alive" may consider a discretional discount in return for promotional branding, like wise we would consider payment in kind from businesses utilising their skills/services.

Terms and conditions 

1. Chairs are for indoor use only, (indoor includes marquees that are floored and chairs are protected from the elements)

2. Chairs must be protected from the elements when transported and stored,

3. Lost feet are charged at £7.50 per foot,

4. Lost, stolen or damaged chairs are charged at £15.00 per chair,

5. We try to keep hire stock in good and clean condition, soiled chairs will be cleaned and charged at £5.00 per chair,

6. Hirer must inspect and risk assess all chairs before use, including suitability and any possible potential damaged to property whilst being used,

Delivery 

Currently we don't offer delivery, however if enough potential hirers inform use (via the email address below) if this is a barrier, we may consider this service in the future.
